Expectations and roles for men have become much more nuanced in recent generations. Many men are unsure of how to deal with or move between different facets of being a man.

Men TherapyI have donned many masks and assumed many different identities as a man: high school teacher, baseball coach, entrepreneur, environmental consultant, financial services representative, corporate executive, traditional father, stay-at-home father, single father, and father in a blended family.

I prefer to work on the inner trials, tribulations, ghosts and demons that can haunt a man on his journey through life. We will explore those inner workings with the intention of relieving psychological pain, accessing your inner guide, working through “stuck places,” and creating conditions for deep healing.
